  • Diastolic Pressure – It indicates the pressure in our arteries between the beats of our heart. The second or bottom reading is the diastolic pressure.

Home Remedies to cure High blood pressure at home:–

  1. Take 1 tsp of fresh onion juice, add 1 tsp of honey in it and mix them well. Consume this mixture twice a day.
  2. Take 2 tsp of watermelon seeds and crush them gently. Add it in a cup of hot water and mix it well. Let it steep for 1 hour. Now, strain the water off the glass and keep it. Drink 4 tsp at a time, several times a day. Make sure you consume the whole prepared liquid on the same day.
  3. Special exercise: To low the high blood pressure immediately, start a deep breathing exercise. Take a deep breath and slowly release it, while keeping both hands right below your chest. Continue doing for at least 5 minutes.

  • Develop a heart-healthy diet. A good diet has a very strong impact on your health. Try to include fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein like fish etc. In your diet.
  • Increase physical activity, exercise at least 5 days a week for 30 minutes each.
  • Cut down extra weights and pounds
  • Meditate, perform yoga, especially deep breathing exercises etc.
  • Quit smoking
  • Quit tobacco
  • Go with plant-based dietary sodium
  • Avoid sugary foods and beverages.
  • Avoid consumption of simple carbohydrates.

  • Consume low-fat dairy products like yoghurt, milk, fish etc.
  • Must have fruits and vegetables are banana, apricot, avocado, oranges, potatoes, sweet potatoes, ginger, tomatoes and green leafy vegetables low-fat and increase the intake of yoghurt.
  • Consume packaged and processed foods as little as possible.
  • Maintain stress.

  • Avoid salt, sugar, junk food, pickles, trans fat, saturated fats,
  • Walk and exercise regularly.
